This is our personal version of the polenta, smooth and tasty, to be served with our special cheeses or game.

The valley of Valsugana is a palette of sparkling colours due to the extensive cultivations of blueberries, gooseberries, raspberries, red bream, blackberries, strawberries and grapes ... it's a summer trip among fruits that continues throughout the year, with our syrups and jams.

Parampampoli

The preferred hot drink of our people, according to an old recipe that mixes red wine with coffee, ‘grappa' (the regional wine distillate) and caramel. A warm embrace in the cold winter months, to be served flambé.
